If your local branch is closed, you can still use the online portal to log in to your Truist account. In addition to letting you handle typical online banking tasks like checking your balance or printing statements, Truist gives you access to these features through the online portal:

  • Check on investments

Truist’s Mobile Banking App

You can also log in to your account via Truist’s mobile banking app, which offers many of the same features that you’ll find in the online portal. Plus, you can take advantage of the app’s mobile check deposit feature. The app can run on iOS 13 and later or Android 8.0 and later.
