What Is a Lululemon Performance Return?
If you’ve had a Lululemon item for more than 30 days and you want to return it, you may not be completely out of luck. The company has a long-term quality promise. That promise stipulates: “If the quality of a product diminishes, leading to performance issues, Lululemon will take the product back and provide a refund as long as the performance issues happen within a practical product lifetime.” That is, if the company’s review of the item suggests it didn’t perform as it should have, Lululemon will send you a full refund.
Unfortunately, Lululemon doesn’t offer details on what the practical lifetime of a product might be, but if your running shoes usually last you eight months, and your Lululemon shoes only last you four, it may be worth trying a Performance Return.
